My Digital Business Card is operated by Lidia Becerra Fernández, a self-employed business owner established in Spain.

Use these contact details for questions, complaints, purchase enquiries or requests concerning your card.

What the service provides

You can create a digital business card using an image and the contact details you supply. Your purchase includes a hosted card page, a sharing link, a downloadable QR image and compatible Apple Wallet or Google Wallet pass options. People opening your card can use Save Contact to download your contact information; completing the save may require confirmation on their device.

You need Internet access and a compatible browser. Wallet passes also require a compatible device, operating system and Wallet application. The QR opens a hosted page and relies on that page remaining available; it does not store the entire card offline. No separate My Digital Business Card account is required.

Price and payment

The final price is €4.99 per card, including applicable taxes. This is a one-time payment, with no subscription or automatic renewal charge. Any applicable promotion is shown during checkout before you confirm payment.

Upload your image, select a style and enter your contact details. Review them before proceeding: you can correct the form before submitting it. Payment takes place through Stripe. Card download and Wallet options become available once payment is confirmed. No physical product is shipped.

Keep your card link and purchase reference. If payment succeeds but delivery does not, contact us with your purchase reference. Do not email complete bank card details. We can also supply a copy of the applicable purchase information on request.

Hosting period

Your purchase includes one year of hosting from the purchase date, without renewal fees. After that year, the card may remain available free of charge while My Digital Business Card continues to provide the service; indefinite hosting is not included in the commitment. The card is not automatically scheduled to expire after one year.

If the service is to close, we will give reasonable advance notice using the available customer contact details. Closure does not remove our obligations for the hosting period already purchased or any statutory consumer remedies. Downloaded QR images still require the hosted page to work; downloading a QR is not a substitute for hosting.

Withdrawal and faulty delivery

If you purchase as a consumer, you may withdraw within fourteen calendar days of entering into the contract, except where a lawful exception has been validly established. Immediate delivery or personalised content does not, by itself, remove this right. These terms do not request or record a waiver of withdrawal.

To withdraw, send an unambiguous statement to efecincostudio@gmail.com or the postal address above, identifying yourself and the purchase. You may use this optional form:

“To Lidia Becerra Fernández, calle Hinestrosa 14, 29012 Málaga, Spain, efecincostudio@gmail.com: I hereby withdraw from my purchase of My Digital Business Card, ordered on [date], reference [reference]. Consumer name and address: [details]. Date: [date]. Signature only if submitted on paper.”

Where withdrawal applies, reimbursement will be made within fourteen days of receiving your notice, using the original payment method unless another method is expressly agreed, without reimbursement fees.

If the service is not supplied or does not conform to the contract, contact us to request correction. Your statutory rights to correction, price reduction, termination or reimbursement, as applicable, remain unaffected.

Your images and information

Only upload images and information you are entitled to use and share. Do not upload sensitive information or another person's details without authority. Your card is designed for sharing: anyone with its link or QR may access the published information and download your contact.

You retain your rights in your content and authorise the processing necessary to generate, host and display your card and its associated files. The service does not transfer ownership of your content to us.

The website's own content is subject to applicable intellectual property rights. Apple Wallet and Google Wallet are services of their respective owners; their mention does not imply endorsement or affiliation.

Applicable law and complaints

Spanish law applies, without depriving consumers of mandatory protection available under applicable law. Nothing in these terms restricts the courts or remedies to which a consumer is legally entitled. Contact the website owner using the details above to submit a complaint.
